Per Ray at Ray’s Alignments, the car needs both lower ball joints replaced. He will locate the parts and call me tomorrow.

Saw it in person for first time
Talked to Barry. Looks pretty good; better than expected! Needs new windshield (cracked along lower edge; usable for now as-is), and rust-through in right front fender repaired. Needs battery charged or replaced.
